Seasoned professional with over 20 years of vast experience in managing Environment compliance for running mega complex and supervising project's HSE- Designs and Management System including providing, implementing and enforcing a comprehensive environment for employees, contractors and clients which further includes fire safety, environment monitoring, training programs, and site services. Worked across Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Industries in leading HSE engineering design requirements for New Mega Oil and Gas Projects, HSE Compliance, HSE Audit Fire and Gas design and ensuring compliance of IFC guidelines. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Completing on time, as a project major milestone, all lenders’ prerequisites for the financing documentation and first distribution for LPIC project. • Bagged first prize (SR of SAMREF (Saudi Aramco Mobil Ref) Employee Suggestion Program for saving US$ 3.5 Million by modifying an ARAMCO existing patent on the flare air assisted system and prove its compatibility for large rate scale. • Initiated a cost-effective waste management proposal and designed proven maximum optimization. • Managed HSSE for SABIC mega project namely "YANSAB and PMO for Ibn Sina. • Prepared YANSAB Environmental Permit to Operate from the Royal commission and Presidency of Metrology & Environment (PME). • Participated in many HAZOP/SIL/HFE/BOWTIE/HAZID/ENVID/COMAH/OHRA review meetings for such as Olefins Plant (Technip design), HDPE Butene-1, BTX and the Utilities Incinerators, NGLE, PP/PE, and 3D model review. • Managed preparation/reviewing Project HSSE management plans for Orpic LPIC project in Oman and YANSAB construction environmental management plan (CEMP) and operational environmental management plan (OEMP)as per the IFC guidelines. • Prepared YANSAB the Security System packages. • Participated in interior ministry investigation team of the major fire incident at YANSAB project EPC buildings. • Efficaciously draft, review and approve the organization HSE policies and procedures. • Refinery experience includes over 7 Years at 400 TBD capacity export refinery “Saudi Aramco Mobil Ref” (SAMREF) responsible for engagement at Process Engineering and Technical Services Departments at SAMREF and as Process Engineer for utilities; feasibility of economic utilization of generated steam and Nitrogen system. SAMREF is a 50/50 joint venture complex refinery between Saudi Aramco and ExxonMobil. • Handled environmental issues including designing and evaluating of HSE project in Aramco.
