Background

About Faheem Mitha

For more than two decades I have been leading large‑scale transformation programmes across banking, government and other regulated industries in the UK, GCC and South Africa. My career spans Programme Delivery, Product ownership, PMO leadership, Consulting and Advisory roles, and I am at my best when I am bringing business, technology and compliance teams together to deliver meaningful change. I have helped banks and other institutions meet demanding regulatory milestones like PDPL, BCBS 239 and SCA, while also modernising their data and digital capabilities. Recent projects include establishing a new Data Management and Privacy Office guiding a Tier 1 Saudi Bank to first‑in‑region compliance; building a cloud‑based data and insights platform for a Tier 1 UK bank; and directing a multi‑channel banking transformation that expanded reach and improved customer experience. Along the way I have designed PMO frameworks, negotiated complex vendor contracts and set up governance structures that keep teams aligned and accountable. Colleagues and clients value my ability to navigate both strategy and execution. I enjoy working with cross‑functional teams, partnering with boards and senior leadership, and mentoring delivery professionals. I am passionate about using data to drive decision‑making and about helping organisations unlock value through digital and operational transformation.
