SKILLS & EXPERTISE: Manage all security regulatory compliance of passenger plan of up to 300 persons per shift or day.* Establish the goals, strategic vision and planning, innovation and continuous improvement of security divisions. •Liaise with other departments on security related operational concerns/challenges. • Advise executive leadership on security protocols and best course of action. • Coordinate, organize and document security related drills and exercises in cooperation with local and international authorities. Incident report to the Duty Manager or AM on shift, criminal investigation and follow up on security breaches and access control related incidents Undergo external & internal audits and inspections, follow up, create and implement root cause analysis, immediate and preventive corrective actions if any fault found. • Maintain and Develop the Physical Security and Access Control by Screening and Inspection of Persons, using HHMD & DFMD or in Physical form. • Detection of Narcotics and Explosives by the utilization and operation of Trace Detection Equipment like ETD or EVD machine. Fire fighting and First Aid responder. • Weapons handling (GOVT or NON GOVT certified) CCTV duties
