As a passionate PhD student in Device Engineering and Materials Science, I focus on the cutting-edge development of semiconductor devices utilizing Silicon, 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs), and Perovskite. My research aims to enhance silicon-based solar cell efficiency and unlock the energy harvesting potential of 2D materials in next-generation solar cells. Additionally, I am exploring the use of these materials in creating advanced photodetectors, gas sensors, and biosensors, targeting breakthroughs in environmental monitoring, healthcare, and safety with their unparalleled sensitivity and stability.
