MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Coordinator provides continuous support for maintenance group, projects and plant operations. This position is also responsible for directing the maintenance department work activities and outside contractors.*I am an dedicated professional (40 + Years) with extensive experience across all Quality Assurances areas and maintenance management.*I consider myself a leader who is able to develop and motivate people to achieve our goals;*Demonstrating a strong ability to manage projects from conception through successful completion.*I am a proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges;*I perform effectively even within a highly pressurized maintenance working environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Responsible for establishing and maintaining spare parts inventory at shop and staging areas. •Responsible updating and coding work orders and maintenance records. •Accountable or implementing and maintaining maintenance procedures and field applications. •Responsible for developing work plans and implementation with high efficiency standards •Accountable for overseeing technical competence of maintenance employee’s actions and insuring the work performance is in accordance to companies recommendation. •Coordinates outage scheduling, materials procurement and equipment availability •Initiates failure analysis on reoccurring maintenance issues •Schedules and supervises contractor’s work practice at the facility •Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Continuous Maintenance Management System •Coordinates planning and scheduling with operations PMC •Responsible for maintenance records •Accountable for housekeeping of the maintenance group. •Maintains thorough knowledge of the plant equipment status and all changes in operating conditions
