About Faisal Ahmad

Professionally, Faisal is a translation PM and content operations lead for a global nutrition company. He's also a self-employed copywriter, creative content creator, English<>Malay translator, and voice-over director for his outfit, AhmadX Creative Services. He finds satisfaction in helping SMEs from the professional service sectors to see their story and better communicate with their clients. His previous stints were as a civil engineer in a publicly listed oil and gas company, a copywriter for two local ad agencies, a social media lead for a takaful corporation, owner-manager of a performing arts cafe, and once running his fintech startup called SmartTax as the marketing lead. He has grown to be practical, and organized, and established a growth mindset from all his previous ventures. A book lover and a sucker for all things 'design thinking', he casually shares his mind fragments on ahmadx.com.
