As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at CaloryTech, specializing in the electric domain, I played a pivotal role in designing, developing, analyzing, and manufacturing the cutting-edge GrafX Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS). This system was meticulously crafted to elevate the efficiency, performance, and safety standards of electric mobility solutions.I oversaw the entire life cycle of GrafX, from conceptualization and design to conducting rigorous thermal performance analysis. Leading a dedicated team during the development phase, I ensured compliance with the highest efficiency and safety standards. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, incorporating the latest technological advancements, and adhering to industry regulations.In addition to my responsibilities in product development, I designed and fabricated custom-made machines for the production of GrafX, optimizing manufacturing processes. My role extended to overseeing production activities, including root cause analysis, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, machining parameter optimization, and efficient inventory management. This not only improved product consistency but also contributed to cost reduction. Moreover, I represented our innovative GrafX BTMS at EV expos, showcasing its technological advancements and engaging with the electric vehicle community to further promote the product's excellence in electric mobility solutions.
