I am an administrative services professional, a hard worker, a responsible and dependable employee, someone who loves to learn, which has enabled me to work in very different industries. I have strong organizational, analytical and process improvement skills, exceptional software implementation skills, excellent communication skills, extensive experience with Microsoft Office, and good ability to multi-task, balancing quantity and quality. My accounting/bookkeeping experience includes account receivable, account payable, issuing invoices, processing vendor invoices, issuing checks, making deposits and generating reports in QuickBooks. I have implemented new technology for a service company, enabling remote access for employees to dispatches, customer history and other pertinent information. I designed and implemented electronic invoicing which included inventory control measures. Living and working in France enabled me to learn to communicate in another culture, not only in their language, but also, by understanding their worldview, I was able to establish and grow relationships. Library databases are complex databases. My analytical and organizational skills were essential to the library database management, project management and quality control work. A company is only as good as the work of the employees. When employees work toward the company’s success, they will all succeed. This is my perspective on work. I strive for the success of the company so that all employees can succeed in their jobs and in their personal lives.
