About Faith Sharp

With 20 years of experience in Defense and National Security, Faith is a trusted partner and strategic talent advisor to government contractors in the defense, national security, space, and FedCiv sectors. She possesses a deep understanding of the complexities within these industries and organizational landscapes, bringing significant expertise, insight, and leadership capabilities to her clients. Faith’s success in leading retained C-suite and VP-level executive searches demonstrates her strategic acumen and commitment to identifying top-tier talent across industries and their intersections. Before transitioning to executive search, Faith began her career as a Cryptologic Analyst in the U.S. Air Force, where she specialized in overhead missions under the National Security Agency. After her active-duty service, she continued her work in intelligence with the Department of Defense, supporting multiple military services (Air Force, Army, and Navy) and deploying to Afghanistan and Iraq in support of U.S. Army logistics. Faith later joined the Department of Homeland Security, where she worked with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), specializing in illicit activities such as trade-based money laundering, gold smuggling, wildlife trafficking, weapons trafficking, and intellectual property crimes. At HSI’s Trade Transparency Unit, Faith provided expert training to law enforcement agencies in partner countries such as Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and the United Kingdom. She holds a degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy from American University School of International Service.
