I am a seasoned Asset Management professional with over 16 years of expertise in the dynamic field of container and dry cargo handling equipment. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of contributing to the success of both APM Terminals and DP World, where I've consistently added value to the organizations while achieving personal milestones. My unwavering commitment to a safety-first culture has been the cornerstone of my work, ensuring a secure environment at every level of operations. My practical experience spans a wide array of equipment, including STS, RTG, RMG, RS and MHC, PHC Cranes, and conveyors. I am adept at meticulous planning and scheduling, managing daily, weekly, and yearly tasks to ensure the seamless execution of strategic objectives. I thrive on optimizing processes and achieving desired KPIs, leveraging continuous improvement tools such as RCA, FMECA, and Lean methodologies. Over the years, I've successfully overseen various projects in collaboration with OEMs and international consultants. Furthermore, I serve as the terminal focal point for the APMT Asset Digitization team and Leading FLOW implementation in Asset Management,actively contributing to the transformation and standardization of our working processes (WOW). My commitment to professional growth is evident through my certification in TWI tools like Job Instructions and Work Instructions by MAERSK training and BTP professionals. Moreover, I've taken the lead in shaping our terminal's decarbonization strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with zero-emission goals.
