Over 24 years of progressive work experience in the field of Commercial, Cost Controlling, Budget Monitoring and Quantity Surveying of which 10 years in KSA, 04 –1/2 years in UAE and 09-1/2 years in Pakistan. I had a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying, bachelor’s degree in civil technology & 03 years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Engineering. Experience gained in Pre and Post contract practices on a variety of projects including High-rise buildings, hotels, residential buildings, residential Complexes, commercial buildings, industrial building, water & sewerage distribution projects, road project, bridges & underpass projects, pipeline and Oil & Gas projects etc. Works involved on computation of quantities based ON design drawings & specifications, Commercial Reports, Cost Control reports, cost controlling, labour productivity, activity analysis, tender analysis, prepare bill of quantities, preparation & evaluation of payment certificates. Preparation of variation orders, cost estimates, suppliers & subcontractor procurements, project cash flow and monitoring the cost and budgets. I have ability to adopt changing environment. I can liaise effectively with team members and work under pressure.
