About Faizal Mohamed

As a Senior Director in the Media and Entertainment industry, I bring over 18 years of leadership experience in architecting, selling, and delivering complex broadcast, PayTV, and OTT solutions across Asia Pacific.I currently lead the Solutions Architecture function at Nagravision APAC, driving strategic engagements with top-tier operators including StarHub and Mediacorp. I specialize in helping customers transform their platforms through innovative, secure streaming architectures—encompassing cloud-native OTT, content protection (DRM, CA, watermarking), and revenue-focused service delivery models.Throughout my career, I've operated at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution—from shaping go-to-market propositions to overseeing successful end-to-end delivery. I’m equally comfortable in the boardroom with executives, on-site with engineering teams, or presenting technical vision in presales settings. I build and scale high-performance architecture teams across multicultural environments and align them to measurable business outcomes.
