About Faizan Dilbaz

Hi, I’m Faizan Project Manager | Business Analyst at Busona (a.k.a. Chaos Manager) I help make sense of the madness.@ Busona, I manage projects for startups and growing companies, translating scattered ideas, Slack messages, and Figma files into smooth project deliveries. Over the past few years, I’ve handled 50+ projects, working closely with designers, developers, QA folks, and clients from across the globe. Think of me as the one who keeps things on track when timelines, budgets, and scope all try to go their own way (as they usually do). Here’s what I actually do (besides calming down urgent client pings): • Manage UI/UX and Webflow projects from kickoff to launch • Convert vague ideas into structured plans and clear deliverables • Keep the design/dev/QA trio working in sync (without needing a rescue mission) • Lead agile sprints, track progress, and deal with blockers before they become fires • Keep clients in the loop, but not in panic mode • Make sure timelines and budgets are real, not just optimistic guesses • Post-launch? I’m still around to check things don’t break the next day Whether it’s a full product revamp or just a landing page that actually converts, I’m focused on keeping the workflow smooth and results solid, minus the drama. Let’s connect if you need someone who knows how to get things shipped, keeps a cool head under pressure, or need a reliable hand to keep things moving.
