Business Faculty having more than 23 years of experience teaching at Business Administration Department at Dammam Community college, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. I have been a successful Lecturer from past 23 years. I am teaching Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, Management and Human Resources Courses at Dammam Community college, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. I always wanted my students to have a successful career by guiding them to the right places at right time and doing the right things and helping them to choose the correct career strategy. My Job Responsibilities includes Developing and maintaining the curriculum Developing and maintaining instructional materials for the courses and various Business Administration programs Delivering instruction that meets module and program objectives Assist with the administrative duties required by the program Adhere to and enforce the various program policies Participating in the community college and Universities activities Monitoring and making periodic changes to the program From past few years, I became passionate about Entrepreneurship Education at Undergraduate level as it was having a positive impact on students and is allowing students to explore their own passion and stimulate the development of innovation and creativity in students. I initiated the process of Entrepreneurship program in my college I did make the list of bench-marked community colleges along with their rankings. These North American community colleges were selected based on being accredited by ACBSP, offering Entrepreneurship degree program. I got enrolled as a member of National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) and attended their annual conference in August 2017. I developed a network of people who are associated with Entrepreneurship, startups and Small Business Owners I had a chance to meet with many Entrepreneurs of international repute presidents of Colleges mainly from the USA. I am designing programs, certificate courses for Entrepreneurship many successful people, and Administrators in the field of education were quite receptive to my ideas. I was previously involved in bringing new programs to my college also acted as the liaison between various program coordinators of the College and was successful in bringing various programs. I also have the experience as internship coordinator where I was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of an internship program, overseeing and coordinating the program
