Hello! My name is Shaik Faizulla, a 24-year-old residing in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I completed my Bachelor's degree in B.Sc Electronics from TJPS College in 2021, after completing my schooling at SBN Public School. Coming from a nuclear family, I have always been encouraged to pursue my passions and excel in my chosen field.As an individual, I pride myself on being honest, self-motivated, punctual, and hardworking. These qualities have guided me in both my personal and professional endeavors, enabling me to consistently deliver results and strive for excellence.I am skilled in various software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry. I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, which have been honed through my experiences in customer handling. Moreover, I possess proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), User Management Systems (UMS), and have a fundamental knowledge of programming.Currently, I am working as a Student Support Executive at Acharya Nagarjuna University, representing TeamLease Edtech since joining the company on March 13, 2023. In this role, I have the opportunity to provide comprehensive support to students through various channels, including telephone, chat, tickets, and emails. By leveraging my strong communication skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of LMS and UMS systems, I ensure that students receive the assistance they need to excel in their academic journey.Additionally, I have gained knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and possess expertise in evaluating and rating AI responses in English, Telugu and Hindi Languages.
