Experienced in project planning, scheduling, and control across a range of EPC projects, including power plant, petrochemical, and CPO refinery projects. Currently serving as a Planning Engineer for the CPO Refinery Project and AGPA Refinery Complex Project in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Key responsibilities include Developing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule (Baseline Level 3), Creating and managing detailed schedules (Level 5), Monitoring and controlling project progress against the baseline, Conducting schedule analysis based on productivity metrics, Preparing and updating resource loading plans, Managing and updating progress tracking sheets, Implementing mitigation strategies and action plans, Performing schedule risk analysis and forecasting. Proficient in Oracle Primavera Cloud for scheduling, supported by Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting. Highly interested in project management, particularly in time, cost, and risk management. Certified as an IPMA Level D – Certified Project Management Associate. Currently deepening expertise in project risk management, project cost control, EPC phases, and data analysis and visualization.
