Hi, my name is Fajar Rizaldi (Riza) as a graduated student at Terbuka University majoring in Food Technology, I am an ambitious and driven individual with a strong background in chemical analysis during my vocational high school years. I have also obtained certifications in microbiological analysis and spectrophotometric analysis. I have over 6 years+ of experience in the food and beverage industry. I have worked in various roles including Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. I am experienced in GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Quality Management Systems, Food Safety Systems, and Halal Policies. I am also actively involved in industry related training to continually enhance my knowledge. I have also been actively involved in Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Committee (P2K3) and Continuous Improvement Program. I am a highly organized individual who is a fast learner, adaptable, collaborative and embraces change for continuous improvement. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to a dynamic and innovative organization with a passion for continuous learning and developing my skills in the industry.
