I have 4 years of hands-on experience in Structural Drafting, where I have delivered high-quality drafting solutions for fabric-covered steel structures. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in CAD/CAM Engineering, I bring a strong technical foundation paired with practical, project-driven expertise. Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, I specialize in creating erection drawings, steel connection details, fabric and steel shop drawings, and component lists. I also prepare installation packages and contribute to material take-off and procurement. My role spans the entire project lifecycle, from reviewing customer and vendor documentation (including site, HVAC layouts, overhead doors, foundations, etc.) to coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. I’m passionate about workflow optimization and have developed tools and standard packages using AutoCAD and Excel to enhance efficiency and accuracy across teams. I have also mentored junior drafters and performed quality checks on their work to uphold high drafting standards. Over the years, I’ve worked on multiple R&D and product development initiatives, as well as large-scale custom projects including a landmark 200' wide structure, the widest building in our company’s history, combining metal cladding, fabric covers, HVAC penetrations, and conveyor openings. Whether it’s innovation, precision, or collaboration, I’m committed to delivering solutions that stand strong in design and execution.
