An Asset Integrity professional, a NACE certified Corrosion Specialist and Material Selection and Design Specialist with over twenty five years of experience of serving process industry including oil and gas sector. Performed materials selection, corrosion management and developed corrosion and inspection manuals for petrochemical plants as well as thermal and non-thermal heavy oil gathering and processing facilities. As a trained Root Cause Analyst, conducted over 35 major failure analyses that had resulted in more than 15 million dollars of saving in terms of avoiding equipment damage, preventing loss of production and improving equipment reliability. Implemented Asset Performance Management (APM) programs for process industry and Pipeline Integrity Management (PIM) program for transmission as well as oil and gas gathering pipeline systems. Has trained more than 20 engineers and mentored 05 junior engineers who are now serving independently as corrosion and integrity engineers. Also serving as NACE approved Lead Instructor for Basic Corrosion Course. Moreover,consistently, an above acceptable performance rating on job performance appraisals received from immediate supervisors.
