The objective of the grant is to augment the professionalism within the Afghan financial sector through education, and microfinance institution Oxus Afghanistan to increase access to finance by expanding the funds available for microfinance lending and business. in the areas such as project management in the WIOA special grants for adults, youths, and dislocated workers, grant deliverables, participating in pre and post-awarding grant committees, assessment verification, designing grants reporting templets in a proven track record of success conducting initial assessments, collecting documents, Through the above my qualification, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science majoring in international relations and an Associated degree in Business Administration, Diploma in the English Language from the American University and I completed the project management training certification from the Chemonics capacity building program and recently got certified workforce development professional (CWDP).
