Highly motivated cancer immunologist with a diverse background in synthetic biology, cancer immunotherapy, CAR-T cell engineering, and cancer neoantigen vaccine, resulting in a total of 12 high impact publications. I have an extensive training experience in: • 8+ years in molecular techniques (including but not limited to ELISA, luminex, molecular cloning, and western blotting). • 5+ years in preclinical murine tumor models (syngeneic and immuno-deficient models, including but not limited to C57BL/6, Balb/c, and NSG mice). • 5+ years in immune cell engineering (including but not limited to engineering of primary human and murine CAR-T cells, design and synthesis of orthogonal synthetic antigens for CAR-T cell targeting in solid tumors). • 5+ years in multi-color flow cytometry (FACSDiva, FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Excel). • 5+ years in in vivo mouse handling (including but not limited to IV, IT, IP, tissue harvest and processing). • 2+ years in next generation sequencing technology (scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq).
