I am currently building my career in technical support, desktop support, software development, cybersecurity, and business analysis. With hands-on experience from my internship at FirstRand under the First Jobbers Programme, I’ve developed practical skills in IT support, troubleshooting, data handling, and technical documentation. I’ve also completed additional certifications in AWS, Cisco Cybersecurity, and cloud computing, and I continue to explore new technologies through self-paced platforms like Udemy, TAP, and Great Learning Academy. My strengths are Java programming, front-end web development, SQL, and understanding how tech can drive smart business decisions.
