About Fanni Li

I am a builder who is passionate about making a difference in the way that healthcare is delivered in the US. I bring people, process, and technology together to create great products and experiences for employer clients, health plans, partners, and patients. At Carrum Health, I serve as the Director of Strategy and Operations, leading strategic initiatives to grow and enhance the Partnerships and Client Success organizations. Prior to my journey into digital healthcare, I spent 5 years in management consulting at BCG and PwC. I also co-founded my own startup, Eli Consumer Healthcare, Inc, where we brought novel consumer products to market, where we have our products at retailers nationwide. During my spare time, I love traveling, trying new restaurants, exploring different corners of NYC, and learning martial arts.
