I have moved to the UK 6 years ago and decided to join North East Scotland College as a student. I have undertaken an English language course and as I have discovered my desire towards learning and development I have decided to apply for a Business course, which I have graduated of in 2022. During my studies I have worked a waitress mostly. This job role has given me the flexibility I needed to successfully complete my studies. Working for different companies has given me the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to recognise my strengths and weaknesses and has given me a better perspective on what I would like to pursue in my career. That is working with people. I have a huge passion for customer service and guest care and I have been nominated by my guests numerous times on different platforms for my exceptional care. I would always go above and beyond, even if it takes extra time from me because I do believe in that extra mile and I do believe in the huge difference that little effort can make. This has given me a huge advantage in my current employment as under 3 months I have been offered a promotion and have earned the employee of the month title. My ultimate goal is to be part of an organisation, where I can constantly learn and develop myself as well as maintain work-life balance. I bring my passion, positive attitude, organisational skills and exceptional guest care among the extra working hours I am willing to take to achieve the desired target of the organisation.
