About Fanny Kamph

With a background as a UX Designer and UX Manager, I’ve spent several years understanding people’s needs, creating user-centred solutions, and leading teams toward shared goals. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity about how people collaborate, communicate, and are shaped by their workplaces – and it became the starting point for a new direction. Today, I’m studying Work Science (Arbetsvetenskap) with a focus on social work and conflict management, particularly in relation to domestic violence and abuse. My ambition is to contribute to a more sustainable and compassionate society – one where every individual has the right to safety, dignity, and a life free from violence. I’m driven by human connection, learning, and change. I believe that meaningful social progress starts with empathy, understanding, and the courage to challenge harmful structures.
