About Fanny Lemeur

I graduated from Grenoble Institute of Urban Planning in 2015 where I studied Project engineering applied to city planning on an international level. My previous training in UK has allowed me to acquire strong skills in the fields of urban management, development, public administration and participatory approaches. I also have a professional degree diploma in International Solidarity Engineering Project and Sustainable Development, obtained during my studies at the University of Bordeaux (France) in 2013. The extensive work experience I could get reflects my orientation towards international development assistance projects. Indeed, in 2014, I had the opportunity to do an internship at the international network of United Cities and Local and Regional Governments (UCLG) where my main tasks consisted in working on the Global Report on Decentralization and the preparation of the Global Agenda Post-2015. I also participated in the organization of international meetings with a “capacity building” approach. This experience taught me how to develop a network and to prioritize tasks in order to plan an event as well as to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
