With a diverse career spanning 27 years in the media industry and now in advertising, I bring a unique blend of leadership and communication expertise to my role as Head of People at ShopComm. My journey from an Account Executive to leading the People division has given me a deep understanding of the company and its operations. In my current role, I am committed to unifying people, culture, and brand to create a synergistic environment that fosters growth and innovation. I am responsible for attracting top talent, engaging clients, and solidifying ShopComm’s position as Indonesia’s leading shopper marketing company. My goal is to support ShopComm’s vision by aligning HR and marketing activities with our core values and culture. While my past as a TV presenter and producer might seem unrelated, it has often served as a conversation starter and has helped me connect with a diverse range of professionals. Outside of work, I am passionate about traveling, reading, and leveraging the internet to learn new things. I believe that continuous learning and exploration are key to personal and professional growth.
