About Fanny Velle
I am currently working as a synthetic organic chemist in Extrasynthese. I have to opportunity to work both in production and R&D in the field of natural compounds. My profile is reinforced by two experiences of 18 months in total in the pharmaceutical industry as a synthetic organic chemist: a one-year internship within the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in UK and a six months internship within the company Sanofi. As a result of my experiences in R&D in pharmaceutical industries and in the production of phytochemical analytical standards, I have learnt different techniques and savoir-faire in term of synthesis, purification and caracterisation of organic compounds. I am highly motivated, thorough, determined and a productive scientist who is used to work either independently on my own initiative or as part of a team.
