About Farah B.

With over a decade of experience in real estate administration, I’ve spent most of my career focused on shaping internal communication, training, and engagement. I help build people-centered systems that bring clarity and alignment to organizations — and support growth in the individuals within them. My work focuses on making sure people have access to the right information, at the right time, in the right way. That includes building training calendars, streamlining how key updates are shared, and designing tools that help people feel supported, not overwhelmed. I’ve seen firsthand how well-crafted internal communication and thoughtful training design can reduce confusion, strengthen connection, and make a real difference in how people show up every day. Whether I’m organizing internal resources, writing clear SOPs, or helping shape messaging around a new initiative, my goal is always the same: clarity, cohesion, and support that actually works in the real world. Outside of work, I’m a proud baseball mom to my son Idris. When we’re not on the field, you can usually find us at the kitchen table, deep in a VERY SERIOUS game of Monopoly.
