I've had an interesting journey, in my career and in life (but that's a story for another day!) In fact, I spent the first few years of my career deep in the oil & gas industry, armed with a Chemical Engineering degree and a hard hat. It was a world of process optimization, safety protocols, and precision — but not a world that made me feel lit up. Then, a curveball: I was offered an opportunity in sales. Unconventional? Absolutely. But it turns out, it was the best career decision I ever made. I found my sweet spot in solving complex business problems, building genuine relationships, and driving growth in ways that feel both strategic and deeply human. The fact I'm in one of the most agile industries in the world, tech, was just the sweet cherry on top. Today, as Regional Sales Director at IPera, I lead growth efforts across the MENA region — blending that engineering mindset with a people-first approach to deliver results that are both measurable and meaningful. With10 years of experience spanning sales, P&L ownership, go-to-market strategy, and project implementation, I focus on impact: launching new solutions, expanding into new markets, and fostering client partnerships that last. I’m passionate about helping businesses navigate change, and I believe the best salespeople are the ones who listen well, think creatively, and always deliver on their word.
