About Farah Miari

As a Human Resources Manager at Miari Home, a leading electronics and home appliances corporation, I oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of employees, as well as the implementation of HR policies and procedures. I have successfully managed multiple projects, such as launching a new CRM system, developing a performance appraisal system, and organizing a wellness program for the staff.I am also a Master's Graduate in Human Resources Management at the American University of Beirut, where I learned the latest theories and practices in the field of HR. I am particularly interested in topics such as organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. I have participated in several extracurricular activities, such as the AMAL 2.0 program and the Soliya Connect program, that have enhanced my communication, leadership, and intercultural skills.My passion for HR stems from my belief that people are the most valuable asset of any organization, and that creating a positive and supportive work environment is essential for achieving the company's goals and mission.
