With over 25 years of cross-sector experience and a passion for innovation, I am an executive-level operations and transformational change leader who takes organisations to the next level, ensuring the realisation of strategic goals and commercial aspirations. I understand how companies of all types operate, from startups to scaleups and multinationals, bridging the gap between business and technical, shaping and delivering inventive and forward-looking visions. I was exposed to international clients, such as the United Nations (UN), from an early age through my family business, and this ignited the entrepreneurial spark that resulted in the launch of my own venture, Global Jet ‒ a bespoke airline company ‒ in 2001. Today, as I seek to build a portfolio career, I am drawn to businesses seeking to grow, scale and evolve, sharing my insights into ways to achieve goals and maximise operational effectiveness. My out-of-the-box thinking enables me to push the boundaries of what is possible. I challenge the status quo and promote the benefits of transformation, changing behaviours and minds up to the C-suite and board level. Over the years, I have played an integral part in many complex transformations, from company divestments to new ERP solutions, regulatory change, cyber security, post-M & As, and transition to new regulations, policies, and rules following Brexit. As a consummate leader, I direct, motivate, and inspire others, creating high-performing teams that maximise benefit realisation and promote best practices. I am well versed in Agile iterative development and hold a Six Sigma Green Belt. I champion operational efficiencies that impact top- and bottom-line growth, enabling companies to attain excellence. I thrive in dynamic and evolving landscapes and have SC clearance until November 2026.
