Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, working through various roles such as Reliability Leader, Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer and Cost Estimator. Currently, I am working as a Mechanical Integrity Leader with Imperial Oil. I am also registered with APEGA as a Professional Engineer. SKILLS - Excellent knowledge on a variety of fixed equipment (pressure vessels, piping, towers, exchangers etc.)- Working knowledge of refinery operations and maintenance programs especially in the Coker, Sulfur Recovery and Tail Gas Units- Excellent understanding of ASME Section Div 1, ASME B31.3, various API specs- Worked as a Mechanical Engineer on a wide variety of oil and gas projects ranging from small maintenance projects to large projects exceeding 200M- Key personal attributes include using sound judgment, performing analytical reviews, problem solving and providing innovative solutions- Extensive design and field experience working with oil sands on base plant and major projects in the areas of Mining, Bitumen Extraction and Upgrading- Experienced with ExxonMobil’s Capital Project Management System (EMCAPS) for a gated approach to project delivery- Familiar with Contract development and management, working on project bids and also dealing with the procurement process (from MR development to equipment installation)- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS and programs (Word, Excel, Access, et al)- Experienced with SolidWorks, Caesar II (stress) and CAD programs.
