Responsible for preparing SAMG's strategic business plans and presentations for senior management & Board- Formalized deals in pipeline of SAMG and getting through approvals for restructuring/rescheduling/settlement/write off/etc- Had been managing and analysis of Corporate & Investment Portfolio of the Bank having exposure of more than PKR 100 billion- Developed Bank’s NPL reduction policy in coordination with Group Head- Developed and implemented SAMG Credit formats for settlement of accounts- Involved in formalizing the process of Classified Credit Report (CCR) for accounts parked in SAMG- Financial Analysis of the borrowing companies based on the Financial Statements, relating to and reflecting on Industry/ Sector updates, for identification of relevant risks and opportunities which would help in credit decision making- Review of Risk Rating of the obligors, assigned by the business, and rechecking the computations as per risk measurement guidelines of the bank- Assessing the suitability of the credit structure proposed in the CPs (tenor of facilities, mark up rate, type of facility, security, margins etc.)- Analysis/ handling of Rescheduling & Restructuring Proposals relating to problem accounts of Corporate Offices.
