I’m an International Account Manager specialising in Shopify, UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation, working with brands across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. My focus is helping e-commerce businesses grow through strategic planning, high-quality execution and data-led decision making.With experience across UX/UI, CRO, Shopify development, SEO, paid media, analytics and digital strategy, I bridge the gap between technical teams and commercial objectives. I ensure every project, from full Shopify builds to ongoing optimisation, is delivered with clarity, structure and measurable impact.My background spans operations, production, traffic management and digital strategy, giving me a strong understanding of how agency delivery, resourcing and client service work together. This allows me to lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain consistency across design, development and performance work.I currently manage a global portfolio of e-commerce clients, responsible for strategy, roadmapping, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication and overall account performance.
