Background

About Farhan Babar

With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, I led and managed a team of customer service agents at noon, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Middle East. I ensured the highest quality of service and satisfaction for our online shoppers, handling diverse and complex customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. I also developed and implemented policies and procedures for the customer service department, as well as trained and coached new hires. I have a strong foundation in global markets, cross-cultural communication, and business strategy, thanks to my Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Skyline University College. I leveraged these skills to collaborate with other teams and departments across the organization, as well as to onboard new customers and retain existing ones. I am attentive to detail, proactive, and adaptable, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
