Passionate and dedicated psychology professional with an MSc. in Applied Psychology from The Neotia University (2020) and ongoing pursuit of an MPhil in Clinical Psychology at Amity University Raipur. My journey includes impactful experiences, such as an internship at NIMHANS focusing on Substance Abuse Treatment, roles at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital and Bhagirathi Neotia Woman and Child Care Centre where I engaged with diverse aspects of child psychology. Notably, more than a year as an HR-Executive (Employee Wellness) at The PDP Group allowed me to merge industrial psychology insights with practical HR applications. Holder of a Post Graduation diploma in Guidance, Psychological Counselling, and Family Therapy from Jadavpur University (2023). My role as a Psychological Counselor at Responsible Charity involved identifying and addressing mental well-being issues among students, fostering behavioral growth, and enhancing communication skills.
