About Faria Arshad

If you've found your way here, you're likely seeking a school leader who not only delivers results - but inspires them. I’m a Principal with a passion for transformative education, known for empowering leaders, uplifting teachers, and unlocking student potential through meaningful learning experiences and sustainable leadership systems. Raised in the UK by a Kashmiri family, my journey into education wasn’t linear. I began in Media and Communications, but quickly discovered my true calling: reshaping lives and mindsets through the power of learning. That spark led me from the classroom to the boardroom - and every pivotal step in between. Over the past decade, I’ve held leadership roles across the UK and Southeast Asia, including Principalships in Vietnam, Cambodia, and the UK. Along the way, I’ve built future-ready schools, embedded progressive pedagogies, and cultivated high-performing teams that thrive on vision and purpose. My expertise spans pedagogy, curriculum innovation, teacher development, and school transformation. Whether aligning international curricula (IB PYP, Cambridge, IPC, UK NC), integrating digital learning (I’m Google Certified), or founding Cambodia’s first Data Science Academy for underrepresented youth—I bring passion, precision, and a strong equity lens to everything I lead. Currently based in Hanoi, I’m open to opportunities where I can partner with courageous teams to drive excellence, inspire growth, and create real impact in education.
