About Faria Kader

With a Master of Engineering Management degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, I have a strong academic background and a passion for engineering and quality. As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer at BAE Systems, I ensured the highest standards of supplier performance and compliance for various projects and contracts. I leverage my skills in quality, data analysis, and problem solving to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and optimize outcomes. Through the Quality Leadership Development Program (QLDP) at BAE Systems, I gained exposure to various aspects of driving organizational excellence, such as Lean Six Sigma, auditing, risk management, and customer satisfaction. I also led DEI initiatives and received multiple awards for my contributions and achievements. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams. I value excellence, integrity, and accountability in my work, and I aim to deliver exceptional results and value for the organization and the stakeholders.
