About Farial Panday

I have over 20 years experience as an Executive Assistant. After completing 6 years of pre-university education [VWO] and after graduating in Higher General Secondary Education [HAVO] I graduated in 1994 at Schoevers in Amsterdam. In 1995 I was a student at ESA [European Secretary Academy], but too eager to work I accepted a job at a pharmaceutical company where I worked for 4 years. In I worked as a partner secretary with Arthur Andersen which was taken over by Deloitte in 2001. At Deloitte I worked one on one with a Tax Partner who developed a new division line called: Tax Decision Management where complex tax problems were made more transparant by teaching internal professionals using various methods. These methods were taught to all Deloitte analysts, managers and partners and it was my responsibility to set up training courses, prepare course material, and maintain full correspondence with all participants and training venue. When this training was fully developed there was no challenge left and after 5 years at Andersen/Deloitte I found a new Job at KPMG Meijburg in 2007 where I worked for a Tax Partner. When entering a national contest organised by KPMG Meijburg I won the title and became Secretary of the Year 2008. I also worked as a Residence PA for the Hagemeyer Group where I delivered high level exclusive PA services to wealthy individuals such as famous soccer players, Dutch TV celebrities and CEO's of big companies who needed 24/7 security, located at their private Residential. I also refurbished the apartments according to their wishes. In my private time I spend time with Sidney and our daughters Chelsey (2003) and Destiny (2010). I furthermore love to dance, read, eat and spend time with my family and friends at our Beach house in Zandvoort where we live from April through September.
