About Farid Daher

I bring structure to chaos and strategy to execution - turning complex challenges into measurable results at scale and building high-performing operations where others see constraints.Combining strategic vision with hands-on experience in mobility, I design scalable processes, build high-performing teams, and deliver large-scale deployments in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. My track record includes leading cross-functional teams of 175+ FTEs across the DACH region, restructuring entire organizations, and delivering measurable results at speed. In Germany, I spearheaded the rollout of vehicles in under eight weeks, doubled the operational footprint to 120+ cities within a year, and achieved seven-figure annual savings through infrastructure optimization and data-driven improvements. I've built departments from scratch, standardized operations nationwide, and consistently bridged the gap between board-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. With a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and a deep technical understanding of product and quality standards, I combine a unique blend of engineering expertise with strategic business acumen to drive sustainable growth.
