Represented the company in technical and client meetings, defined project scope, reviewed analyses, and trained junior engineers to maintain high-quality deliverables. As Lab Manager, developed standardized test procedures, upgraded the laboratory with advanced geotechnical devices, reviewed test analyses, and supplied detailed experimental reports to the central office. Earlier roles included Geotechnical Engineer, where I performed advanced and conventional soil mechanics tests (triaxial, simple shear, direct shear, consolidation, etc.), prepared geotechnical reports, and supported project management tasks. Also served as Drilling Engineer, supervising field drilling, performing geotechnical logging, and handling/sampling cores for laboratory testing. CEO & Director of Manufacturing Founded and led a manufacturing company specializing in high-tech geotechnical engineering equipment. Directed the design, development, and production of advanced devices such as Dynamic Triaxial and Dynamic Simple Shear systems. Oversaw R&D, quality control/assurance, and the setup and testing of element testing equipment for research and commercial use.
