Background

About Farida Karimova

I am an experienced and dedicated HR professional with over 13 years of experience in human resources operations, payroll, and HRIS — primarily within the petrochemical industry. Recently, I have expanded my focus to include strategic HR functions such as learning systems administration, performance management, and talent acquisition. I have served as a Key User for SAP HCM, supporting personnel administration, organizational management, and payroll processes. Currently, I’m gaining hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS, managing curricula and supporting training operations. My strong interest in HR data led me to complete internal trainings in Advanced Excel and Power BI, where I achieved top results. I enjoy turning data into insights and supporting HR decisions with visualized reports and dashboards. I believe in continuous learning and contributing to an inclusive and high-performing work environment. Open to new challenges and always eager to grow both professionally and personally.
