Experienced 22 years in pharmaceutical industries with various functions such as business development, clinical research, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigillance, compliance, commercial product quality assurance, market access, goverment/public affairs, marketing and sales. During in position as the Head of Sales in Sanofi Indonesia (Aventis Pharma), I was successfull to bulid and maintain high performance sales organization to achieve effectively the business objective by taking the lead for transfer technology project and partnership with Indonesia’s Vaccine Manufacturer State Owned Enterprise, also managing Sales organization consist with more than 80 employees in vaccine team, which consist of public sales team, key account team and private classical bussiness team which are covered all the business strategic for Sanofi vaccine market in Indonesia. I was also managing Corporate Communication and Government Affairs initiatives in GSK Indonesia by shaping the public policy landscape to support company growth through broad internal and external engagement to propose, develop and implement evidence based coherent and effective policies and advocacy strategies and plans that drive future policy and sustain existing policies in order to support the business growth, sustainability and public health care. And now, I am leading Vaccine Business with almost 90 employees in MSD Indonesia which covers private and public initiatives to ensure higher vaccination coverage and protect more children and people in Indonesia from the preventable diseases.
