Duties/Responsibilities :* Conduct Product development as per following the technical sheet & approved spec.* Approved the fit sample, PP sample & given the comments.* Review the shipment sample, TOP & Green seal sample.* Conduct the PP meeting & follow up the product risk assessment.* End to end process monitoring from Raw material IQC to finished goods.* Conduct the In-line, Final inspection as per following the AQL & measuring the OQL level.* Analyze the defective percentage as well as top defect analysis.* Given the corrective & preventive action plan as a proactive approach.* Follow up the technical audit & doing some internal Audit with the factory key representative.* Given the findings against mail against the Audit & follow up till improvement. Product Line Handled: Knit all tops & bottoms, for all men’s, Women’s & Children divisions, Lycra item, Woven swimming wear. & Home Textile.
