I’ve invested the last two decades immersed in HR technology and talent management. My goal is simple - I want to leverage technology to drive all manner of business transformation but particularly, within HR payroll and outsourcing. Transformation with a view to improved cost effectiveness, to embed digitalisation and to support a lean process across the organisation. I’ve led cross-functional teams with a number of different business models. I’m particularly proud of having achieved aggressive business goals and supported the evolution of concepts into achievable business strategies. As a details-driven person, I have managed the operational process paying close attention to budgets, timeframes, quality, innovation and technology. My secret weapon? I can identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities quickly through market analysis, product development and keen instincts. Leveraging my passion for people development, coaching and process improvement as well as my background in HR technology, I have been working closely to lead investments in FinTech with a global Fintech start-up.
