About Farrah Foroushani

Plan the future - Execute the current roadmap - Become a trusted advisor! Here is my point of view on ITSM strategy: “Build it and they will come” model does not work. We must understand our customer, quantify their desired outcomes and establish services based on those outcomes. People don’t want ¼” drills, they want ¼” holes! Provide services to enable capabilities and achieve outcomes.Gain operational excellence thru IT Tactics and Service Operation. How? Via reliable products, ease & comfort of use, pleasant & intelligent features, and delightful experience. Become more responsive to the needs of the business; increase the effectiveness of IT in supporting business processes; improve governance and risk management. How? By reducing complexity thru standardization and consolidation; developing automation and shared services; reducing downtime, managing change risk, and mitigating service disruptions.Innovation stems from challenging the status quo. Become a Change Agent; go and see the problem for yourselves; and practice continuous service improvement as a core activity.Follow the process and results will follow! This leads to a collaborative organizational structure. As a servant leader, I find that my passion is helping organizations excel in achieving their vision!
