The Bell Curve of Life program focuses on personal and professional growth, I am a facilitator of positive change for individuals and organizations. Central to the program is the "20/60/20" principle: 20% of individuals excel, 60% perform adequately, and 20% struggle with behavior, skills, performance and results in varying areas of life. The goal is to assist individuals in reaching that upper 20% in the areas that matter the most to them. My first book,"A Performer/A Environment" was published on January 22, 2025. It presents a practical framework for achieving personal and professional growth rooted in real-life challenges and timeless principles. It provides actionable strategies to help people rise to the top of the curve by cultivating a growth mindset, improving communication, building stronger relationships, and implementing other impactful practices. The book and other program material is not coaching or training, I have moved beyond that, this is "discovery". We explore higher level principles that will enhance both personal and professional circumstances by discovering what is working well and why, and what is not working well and why. The results will be actionable plans for improvements in areas that matter the most for each individual. There are two main audiences for the book. First, every working professional should read and experience it, especially owners, directors, and managers. It will provide enhanced perspectives and direction for immediate and noticeable improvements in performance and environments. Second, all young adults who have finished their education by earning a diploma, certificate, or degree and are entering the professional world. This is the perfect first book to help them focus on what matters most, preparing them to navigate the workplace with purpose and confidence, while setting the foundation for long term success. The signature program offering consists of 90 minute sessions to explore the A Performer and A Environment material.
