I am currently the Head of EMEA and APAC Finance and Strategy at Snapchat. I have a key focus on increasing operational efficiency through allocating capital towards initiatives with the greatest ROI. Additionally, I implement revenue growth and cost optimisation strategies to improve the long-term health of the business. I have over 10 years of experience working in finance and strategy roles. Prior to Snapchat, I was the Head of FP & A at TikTok (Bytedance) for the METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan) and Eastern Europe (EE) region. I have experience in building and reviewing commercial financial models and I specialise in delivering insights based on data analytics and visualisation. I have partnered with stakeholders across multiple regions to support decision making and provide guidance to optimise financial performance. Furthermore, I have leadership and team management experience, managing teams across different territories and building market specific strategies to deliver the best outcomes. Prior roles include serving as a Financial Modelling and Data Analytics Manager/Senior Manager at PwC (London and Dubai) and as an EU Finance Business Partner for Amazon Retail (London). I hold an ACA qualification from PwC (London).
