At SCRY Bio, we are building molecular computers that execute machine learning algorithms directly in biological samples. Our platform integrates signals from nucleic acids, proteins, small molecules, and even cells — enabling lab-quality diagnostics without instruments. We are currently focused on early lung cancer screening, with a broader vision to transform how we detect and prevent disease. My PhD research involves engineering minimal, cost-effective DNA nanostructures that reduce complexity and production costs while maintaining precise molecular control for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Specifically-Developing multimeric T cell capturing reagents for high-throughput detection of low-affinity T cells, enabling identification of rare cancer-specific immune cells-Engineering nanotech carriers for antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapies, improving cellular uptake and enhancing therapeutic efficacy for targeted gene modulation.
